Jinsha Historical Site: Chengdu, China
While in Chengdu, China we visited the Jinsha archaeological site. It’s an amazing dig that was discovered in 2001 in a suburb of Chengdu. The site is from a civilization that lived more than 3000 years ago but left no written history that we know about although it appears to be extremely advanced for that time period. 1. This golden disk is of the sun with a bird flying around it.
2. This is a mask of very thin gold.
3. Third is a bronze sculpture of a man.
4. A photo of the site where the objects were found now a museum.

6. This is a bird carved from jade.
